Norcross, GA-based Waffle House on Wednesday started selling its Signature Sweet Cream Waffle Mix online so that Atlantans can make the breakfast staple at home during the state’s Shelter In Place order (which was extended to April 30, 2020.)
Waffle House quickly sold out of its original stock but is working to bring more of the mix to the marketplace as soon as possible.
“Waffle Mix is currently sold out, but we’re working to restock,” the restaurant chain Wednesday tweeted only hours after going live with the new product offering.
Each order comes with three bags of mix for $20 plus shipping, which is enough to make roughly five to six waffles.
Sales of the Signature Sweet Cream Mix online are available for a “limited time,” but the company did not specify how long fans will have to make a purchase or how long it will be before inventory is restocked.
Most of the company’s restaurants remain open and Waffle House is currently offering a “Family Meals” takeout special.
