Young Chow Loo is located in Duluth, Georgia. However, the GNR County Health Department’s recent inspection discovered numerous health code violations in the restaurant. The report cited a lack of managerial control as the primary cause of the violations.
According to the on-site inspector, no person in charge (PIC) was present in the restaurant. The PIC arrived later while the inspection was underway. The inspector observed ongoing compliance issues after the PIC arrived.

For example, employees did not change gloves between tasks, containers were washed with soap and water but not sanitized, and clean containers were stacked on top of each other while still wet.
