Dreams Loud Music Group LLC filed for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. The case was filed on September 23 under docket number 1:25-bk-60962.

Dreams Loud Music Group LLC Seeks Chapter 11 Protection

Dreams Loud Music Group LLC, a Georgia-based talent and music management company, filed a Voluntary Petition for Chapter 11 as a “non-individual” (business entity). The filing falls under Subchapter V, a provision that allows small businesses to reorganize their debts rather than liquidate.

According to Pacermonitor, court filings show the company reports assets between $1 million and $10 million, liabilities of $500,000 to $1 million, and up to 49 creditors. The filing notes that Dreams Loud Music Group has not yet submitted key financial documents.

Those documents include a balance sheet, statement of operations, tax return, and cash flow statement, all due by September 30. The company is expected to file a list of creditors by October 1, or it may face the risk of dismissal. The company also owes a $1,738 filing fee to the court.

The judge ordered Dreams Loud Music Group to retain an attorney by October 8, since an LLC cannot represent itself in bankruptcy court. The first meeting of creditors is scheduled for October 17 and will be held telephonically. The court has set a status conference for November 6 in Atlanta.

The parties have been instructed to file a pre-conference report by October 23.  The company has been given until March 23, 2026, to submit its reorganization plan and disclosure statement.

The Chapter 11 process begins a restructuring period for Dreams Loud Music Group, which aims to stabilize finances and continue operations while negotiating with creditors.
