Atlanta welcomes back the world’s tiniest chef with a brand-new immersive dining show at Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead. Guests will marvel as the 58 mm chef comes to life in a high-tech culinary performance.

Cassis Restaurant at Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead sets the stage for the return of Le Petit Chef to the city. Bringing an immersive experience to dinners, it features an animated journey and a diverse menu. While the little chef entertains guests with his performance, a unique presentation for all senses awaits.

The experience, starting February 21, 2026, features a virtual cooking competition.

The menu highlights international flavors, from Spain and Italy to France and Japan. The menu begins with showcasing the flavors of Spain. Here, heirloom tomato, fine herb vinaigrette, red onion, manchego, and Basque bread are highlighted.

The journey then moves to Italy with its local mushroom and black truffle ravioli, porcini crema, pancetta, and piment d’Espelette. For the main course, Le Petit Chef brings a French classic: 5 oz. aged beef tenderloin, pomme frites, heirloom carrots, and sauce béarnaise. The meal ends with Japan and its Green Tea Matcha and Yuzu Mousse Dome with Sesame Tuille.

Diners can choose from four menu options: Grand, Classic, Vegetarian, and Kids, each offering a unique, memorable culinary journey.

Atlanta’s Grand Hyatt in Buckhead sets the stage for the return of this high-tech dining spectacle. The Belgian artists’ collective “Skullmapping” will bring the 58 mm chef to life. Founded in 2010 by Filip Sterckx and Antoon Verbeeck, they first used their 3D mapping technology and profound artistic expertise to do this in 2015.

Le Petit Chef & Friends will be showing on Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. Information on reservations, bookings, prices, and more is available online.

Offering a fresh take on immersive dining, it brings Atlanta an evening where technology meets gastronomy.
