Chow Time Grill & Buffet offers a range of sushi, Chinese, and Korean dishes. According to the inspection report, inspectors documented the following violations:
- Scouring pads and pots were stored inside multiple handwashing sinks. As per the report, handwashing facilities should only be used for handwashing. The items were removed from the sinks.
- Several dented cans were found stored on shelves. The report noted that a bag of sesame flour had mold on the exterior of the package. All dented cans and contaminated sesame flour were discarded.
- Dishes were washed and rinsed without a sanitizing step.
- According to the report, buffet items under time control were not marked properly. As a corrective action, all items were marked according to time control procedures.

- Chicken was seen thawing in stagnant water, a repeat violation. The chicken was relocated to the walk-in cooler to thaw under proper refrigeration.
- Multiple food items were stored in direct contact with the floor throughout the kitchen. The report also said food was stored in boxes under a leak in the walk-in freezer, which was marked as a second violation. All food items were relocated to be at least six inches off the floor and away from the leak.
- A spoon used for rice was stored in stagnant water, and the scoop handles were observed in direct contact with food. The stagnant water was discarded, and a new spoon was secured. Scoops were repositioned so handles no longer contacted food.
