Jimmy Baron, Leslie Fram, and Steve Barnes on October 26 will host a show from 6-10 a.m., the 25th anniversary of 99X.
The original three hosts of “The Morning X” on October 26 will return for a four-hour show on 99X (WNNX-FM), the Atlanta Business Chronicle Sunday first reported.
99x Monday morning later published an official announcement.
Jimmy Baron, Leslie Fram, and Steve Barnes will be back on the air from 6-10 a.m., the original airtime of The Morning X.
The one-time show will commemorate the 25th anniversary of 99X which first launched in 1992. The Morning X, on frequency 98.7-FM, became one of the most influential alternative rock stations in the United States.
The one-time show will be “just like tuning into the original.”
