Decatur restaurant slated for relocation.

Watershed Restaurant in Decatur is relocating after 13 years in business.

The restaurant’s lease has been listed for sale through Atlanta-based real estate firm, The Shumacher Group.

The listing, posted Thursday morning, prices the lease at “approximately $23.00/sf with extras at $5.65,” a total of $125,000 for the current tenant to “assign” the lease for the 4,000-square-foot restaurant.

“Landlord will not negotiate rental rate but is willing to discuss some rental abatement and adding up to ten years to current lease for qualified Tenant on current ease that expires in November 2013,” according to Thursday’s listing.

The sale excludes the Watershed name, menu, recipes, staff and “the review of any books and records.” The listing price does include Watershed’s assets (furniture, fixtures and equipment).
