JLL, which is a global commercial real estate and investment firm, has been appointed as lead for the project’s retail leasing and marketing of the Crossing at Coal Mountain. To attract premier tenants and to create a lively retail environment, Jennifer Steffen, Vice President of Retail Leasing, and Matt Maloney, Vice President of Retail Leasing, are working together.

“We are excited to partner with Atlantic Residential on The Crossing at Coal Mountain,” said JLL’s Molly Morgan, Executive VP of Retail Leasing. “This area is experiencing tremendous growth, and we look forward to creating a vibrant retail destination that will serve the expanding community while attracting visitors from across North Georgia and the Atlanta area.”

The residential portion is being developed by Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes. The project is set to be completed by summer 2026.

The Crossing at Coal Mountain is slated to become a major destination in North Forsyth. The blend of modern design with comfort and elevated living style will offer new and luxurious shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences.
