Construction is underway at Southmeadow Logistics Park, a new two-building industrial development in South Atlanta. The Class A project is located at 4200 Southmeadow E Pkwy in East Point, within the Airport/Interstate 85 South submarket. The leasing assignment for the development has been handed to Stream Realty Partners.
Groundbreaking Milestone for Southmeadow Logistics Park
Greystar, the nation’s largest apartment operator, has recently expanded its focus to infill industrial development. The company recently broke ground on Southmeadow Logistics Park in South Atlanta. The two-building project is among the few true infill industrial developments currently under construction in the Airport submarket.
Spread across 221,490 square feet, the property is owned and developed by Greystar, in partnership with Whitman Peterson. Conlan will serve as the general contractor for the development, while Stream Realty Partners will oversee its leasing. The project is scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2026.

Located at 4200 Southmeadow E Pkwy in East Point, the project sits near major transportation corridors serving South Atlanta. It offers easy connectivity with direct access to Interstate 285, Interstate 85, and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The development includes two rear-load, Class A warehouse buildings.
The warehouse buildings total 221,490 square feet, with suite sizes ranging from 20,000 to 132,400 square feet. The development also features 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, and abundant dock-high and drive-in loading. It also includes up to 38 on-site trailer storage stalls supporting modern logistics and distribution operations.
