New City, the developer behind 725 Ponce, Monday released a new marketing video with 3D imaging of the forthcoming Poncey-Highland mixed-use project.

Only 2D renderings of the project have been available until now.

The $140 Million 725 Ponce will include a 60,000-square-foot “urban prototype” Kroger below 360,000 square feet of Class A loft office space, replacing the infamous Murder Kroger.

The project, “inspired by Brooklyn,” will open in 2019 instead of fall 2018 as previously expected.
