Raulet Property Partners to renovate 20,000 SF building into loft, office and retail space.
South Grant Park is in full swing in preparation for the arrival of the Beltline.
Tyler Edgarton, Partner at Raulet Property Partners told What Now Atlanta Thursday that the company is in the permitting stages of a new project, 400 Grant Circle.
Plans call for a renovation of an existing 20,000 sf brick block building in a secluded cul-de-sac into loft, office and retail space with 18’ ceilings.
Leasing materials boast “great potential” for loft office, showroom, flex redevelopment or event space.
There are two movie stages nearby, Ice Studios and Mailing Avenue Stageworks, the latter which is owned by Raulet.
In addition to being close to the forthcoming Beltline extension, 400 Grant Circle will join the Atlanta Police Equestrian Facility, Boulevard Crossing Park (part of which will be built out in a second phase) and The Beacon, a forthcoming mixed-use from Pellerin Real Estate, in the area.
