Atlanta’s garden-style community, Riverside Parc Apartments, has been acquired by the ECI Group. The off-market acquisition was made in partnership with Marcus Partners. The community is soon to undergo several changes that will enhance its quality of life.
ECI Group Acquired Riverside Parc Apartments
Riverside Parc Apartments is a 280-unit community located on Waycrest Drive Southwest in Atlanta. This seven-building community has recently been acquired by the ECI Group in an off-market deal. The acquisition of the 15-year-old community adds to ECI’s portfolio of more than 7,500 units located across Southeast and Texas.
ECI Group is a highly regarded, privately owned real estate organization in the U.S. It is integrated with development, construction, investment, and property management groups. Its acquisitions have placed ECI as a leader in the multifamily industry.
The acquisition was completed in partnership with real estate firm Marcus Partners. The firm has a team with a 35-year history of successful investment, management, and development. Headquartered in Boston, it focuses on strategic and opportunistic investment strategies across several property types.
Comprehensive Renovation Plans Announced
ECI has plans to upgrade the 15-year-old property, which remains largely in its original condition. The modernization will renovate the clubhouse and amenities, add in-unit washers and dryers, and refresh interiors throughout the property.
The interior upgrades include changing the paint color, framing bathroom mirrors, and replacing plumbing fixtures. These upgrades are designed to enhance daily living for residents while boosting the neighborhood’s long-term appeal.
Features and Amenities of Riverside Parc
Riverside Parc features access to more than 26,000 jobs in the nearby Fulton Industrial Corridor. It is a short drive from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, which supports more than 448,000 regional jobs. High-quality residential and retail destinations surround the community.
The nearby Sandtown Crossings Shopping Plaza features a Publix, Starbucks, and CVS, while Camp Creek Marketplace offers LA Fitness, Target, Lowe’s, and other national retailers.
