Atlanta-based developer The Atlantic Companies is partnering with the City of Roswell on a new neighborhood village project called Hillrose Market. The development will rise along Hill Street between Atlanta and Ellis Streets, adjacent to Roswell City Hall. Hillrose Market will create a walkable district blending retail, dining, residences, offices, and hotels.
Hillrose Market Set to Transform Downtown Roswell
The Hillrose Market project will connect Atlanta and Ellis Streets. It will have six linked buildings covering 75,000 square feet.
“Hillrose Market is designed for Roswell’s residents, families, and visitors and will offer a community of buildings and uses that complement the city’s character,” said Jim Meyer of The Atlantic Companies.
