Residences to boast “resort-style” saline pool, outdoor brick pizza oven, private park and more.
Alta Midtown recently debuted a cool new website full of fresh renderings of the project, which is expected to be completed this fall at 915 West Peachtree Street.
Floor plans for apartment units are also on display, depicting one bedroom, two bedroom and studio options ranging from 602 square feet to 1,335 square feet.
The community will be LEED certified. Apartments will be decked out with quartz countertops, “wood-style” flooring, and stainless steel appliances among other high-end fixture amenities.
Alta Midtown will boast a “resort-style” saline pool, Google Fiber wifi, and a 1/2 acre private park.
Not only will residents have the opportunity to take advantage of private grilling areas, but they will also be able to make their own pizza in an outdoor brick pizza oven.
