A 2.1 million-square-foot data center is proposed for a site southwest of Atlanta.

The center called “Project Peach” is detailed in a recent Development of Regional Impact (DRI) filing. The project would provide 2.1 million square feet of data center space in eight buildings. The site, located at 300 Johnston Circle in Palmetto, Georgia, is approximately 320 acres.

The estimated completion date for Project Peach is 2036, according to the filing.

The developer is listed as North Coweta Investors LLC, an affiliate of Strategic Real Estate Partners, an Atlanta-based industrial and commercial real estate company that was founded in 2019.

Earlier this year, Strategic Real Estate Partners pitched a data center in Fairburn. That project, called Fairburn Technology Center, proposed 1,190,000 square feet of data center space across three buildings.
