Laura Adams to bring art-focused concept to the Atlanta Beltline.

Laura W. Adams, an award-winning artist, has filed plans to transform a Beltline repurposed warehouse space into an art gallery.

The project, in suite two of 686 Greenwood Avenue NE, will be called being called Laura W. Adams Studio and Brickworks Gallery, according to Adams’ website.

The 1,100 square foot space is inside an 80-year-old structure that once served as an office building for the B. Mifflin Hood Brick Company (whose name is still visible from the exterior). Currently home to a few lofts, it is less than 100 yards away from the Atlanta Beltline.

If all goes well with permitting, the space will open in late May, Adams told What Now Atlanta.
