Burn Studios has secured a lease for its third Atlanta location.

The fitness facility will open in the Poncey-Highland neighborhood, at 696 Cleburne Terrace, near the Majestic Diner on Ponce de Leon Avenue.

The boutique fitness facility offers cycling, kickboxing, yoga, sculpt and “crossburn.”

“I am energized about this expansion into the Poncey-Highlands neighborhood,” Jeremy Levison, owner at Burn Studios, said in a press release Thursday.

“Our [Poncey-Highland] space will be unique with a stadium seated cycle room as well as a larger multi-purpose room TRX (a new fitness class to Burn), kickboxing, yoga, sculpt and crossburn classes.”

Burn Studios Poncey-Highland will encompass 4,800 square feet of space with complementary surface parking.

In its new home, the fitness company will offer an indoor and outdoor seating area.

There will also be several showers and cubbies for personal items.

A target opening date is planned for late summer of 2019.

The original Burn Studios opened in Brookhaven in 2015 and the second location opened in Buckhead in January of 2018.
