Chicago Company Acquires Midtown Apartment Tower

A Chicago-based real estate investment and property management company has acquired a Midtown Atlanta apartment tower.

Waterton is the new owner of 903 Peachtree, Atlanta Business Chronicle first reported. Records show the firm acquired the 33-story property for $118.6 million from CA Ventures.

903 Peachtree has studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units, ranging from 336 to 1,884 square feet. Rents start at $1,680 for a studio and go up to more than $4,000 for a three-bedroom floor plan.

The luxury building opened in 2023. It is located near the intersection of Peachtree and 8th streets.

Waterton was founded in 1995. The firm’s portfolio includes about $10 billion in real estate assets, with a presence in more than 25 markets across the U.S. Waterton is headquartered in Chicago, with regional offices around the country.
