Members-only doggy daycare and boarding facility Club DiOGi will open its doors for the first time Thursday, September 6.

A “pre-opening” party will be held Wednesday starting at 7 p.m. offering tours of the facility.

Club DiOGi, at 2080 Chesire Bridge Road NE, is the brainchild of Courtney DeDi and wife Katie Lyman.

The facility is specifically designed for dogs less than 35 pounds but grooming services and training are open to “all breeds and sizes.”

Memberships are available a-la-carte or $130 per month for the “Basic” level or  $550 per month for the “Unleashed” level.

The Basic membership includes one full day of daycare per week, a “member dog tag,” one King of Pups doggy ice cream treat, and ten percent off group dog training classes.

Unleashed membership includes all of Basic plus unlimited daycare Monday through Friday and one monthly bath.

  • Over the years, my dog has gone to a few of the daycare facilities in the area – this is extraordinarily overpriced. What does Members-Only really mean? No legitimate dog day care will let just any dog in – they need their shots and they also need a temperament test. I wish them all the luck in the world because it seems like they’ll need it.
