UPDATE (June 26, 2018): [Rendering] ‘Beltline Kroger’ Is About To Take Shape in 725 Ponce Project
Demolition on Murder Kroger is officially underway.
725 Ponce, the mixed-use project that is replacing the grocery store, posted a video to its Facebook page Friday documenting the first day of demolition.
Jim Irwin, president of New City, early this week filed a “commercial new” permit with City of Atlanta to build the project from the ground up.
725 Ponce would include 360,000 square feet of loft office space with roof terraces above, a 60,000-square-foot urban-prototype Kroger, and ground-level retail.
The Beltline-adjacent project is expected to open 2018.
