JLL Capital Markets has announced that it has closed the $18.5 million sale of Reynolds Crossing, a 45,809-square-foot retail center in Duluth.

JLL represented the seller, Leaders Real Estate Group, and a private investor acquired the asset.

Reynolds Crossing, located at 3780 Old Norcross Road, is 100 percent occupied and includes Little Caesars, The UPS Store, MetroPCS, Chase, Cricket Wireless and more. The shopping center is also shadow-anchored by a high-performing Kroger, which draws 1.2 million visitors annually. It is also near the Gas South District, the top entertainment district in northeast Atlanta.

Reynolds Crossing was built in 2004-2005.
