A commercial development proposed for Forsyth County would include an entertainment center, a hotel and a retail building.

Construction plans for “Peachtree Puttery and Entertainment Center” indicate that a two-story game center with a bowling alley, restaurant and outdoor mini golf would be constructed at 2330 Peachtree Parkway.

Operating hours would be 11 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.

A 16,000-square-foot retail building and a 110-room, five-story hotel would be constructed next to the entertainment center, according to the plans. The hotel is potentially a Tru by Hilton.

S1 Properties LLC is listed as the developer of the project.

The development would rise where Peachtree Parkway meets Sentinel Chase Way, north of Atlanta.
