The $60 Million multifamily high rise would be sized at 510,700 square feet.

Reese Vanderbilt and Associates is sharing new renderings of a forthcoming 21-story tower which will stand in place of the former Grand China in Buckhead.

The restaurant was razed this past spring to make way for the luxury development.

Located at 2965 Peachtree and recently named “The Sutton,” the $60 Million multifamily high rise would be sized at 510,700 square feet.

The property, from developer Preserve Properties LLC, would boast 141 luxury two- and three-bedroom residences ranging in size from 1,600 sf – 2,000 square feet. Each residence would feature an oversized private terrace. The website does not mention whether the residences would be apartments or condominiums.

Per the development’s website, street-level amenities are planned to include a resident coffee bar, business center, concierge, and “private motor court.”

The Sutton would also feature a fitness center, club room, a pool with a “sun shelf” and guest suites overlooking the elevated amenity terrace promising sweet views of the Midtown and Downtown skylines.

No word yet on pricing.
