UPDATE (March 11, 2019): The Shops at Belmont Retail District Now Complete in Smyrna

Halpern Enterprises, Inc. has broken ground on Phase II of The Shops at Belmont.

The 47,593-square-foot neighborhood retail center at the intersection of Atlanta Road and Windy Hill Road in Smyrna is part of the 48-acre Belmont mixed-use development built by Halpern.

Phase II of The Shops at Belmont features 12,000 square feet of shop space.

F45 Training will occupy 2,400 square feet for its fourth metro-Atlanta studio. The Australian group fitness brand, which opened its first Atlanta location in Buckhead last year, has studios in Johns Creek and Alpharetta and will open soon in Sandy Springs.

Expanding its fast casual, organic dining concept, Real Subs Café and Deli will occupy the 2,100-square-foot end cap at The Shops at Belmont Phase II.

Both Real Subs and F45 Training are slated to open this fall.

The Shops at Belmont Phase I, completed in 2016, has one remaining vacancy.

Tenants include Creatwood Tavern, Opa Greek Village, Cielo Mexican Grill, N’Style Barber Shop, Hearing Solutions, Sprint and J. Christopher’s opening this spring.

In addition to retailers and restaurants, the Belmont development includes residential, healthcare and education components, including Belmont Physicians Center, a 30,000-square-foot medical office building anchored by Emory Healthcare; Village of Belmont single-family residential community by David Weekley Homes; 400 Belmont 274-unit luxury apartment complex; and Smyrna Elementary School.
