Construction underway at Buckhead luxury hotel and residences for T.V. network’s next big home giveaway.

HGTV will convert a 2,000-square-foot space at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental for its HGTV® Urban Oasis 2014, the T.V. network announced in a press release Monday.

“This property is a true urban sanctuary with a garden, reflecting pool and entertaining space,” Jack Thomasson, HGTV professional house planner, said in the release.

“Partnering with Lindsay Pumpa, we are once again creating an ideal residence packed with unique touches and easy access to the best restaurants, nightlife and activities Atlanta has to offer.”

The fully furnished HGTV Urban Oasis 2014, decorated by interior designer Lindsay Pumpa, features two bedrooms and two and one-half baths, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a 300-square-foot east-facing terrace, according to the announcement.

The home, under construction on the floor 37 of the luxury Buckhead hotel and residences, will be valued at over $1 million to be awarded this fall.

The HGTV Urban Oasis 2014 sweepstakes opens for entries August 28 and runs through October 10. One randomly selected entrant will receive the furnished residence, the All-New 2015 Acura TLX and $50,000, courtesy of national mortgage lender Quicken Loans.
