A new industrial building with space available to lease is in the works in Alpharetta.

Documents outline plans for the construction of a new 175,200-square-foot shell building for “future office/warehouse tenants.” Around 188 parking spaces are planned for the development.

The site at 5720 Trade Drive is located off Commerce Boulevard. It is south of a Walmart and north of a Kroger.

Hughes Commercial Real Estate, an Atlanta-based brokerage, investment and development firm, is the team behind the project. Hughes Commercial Real Estate was founded in 2009.
