The IT services company for the North American Coca-Cola bottling system is relocating to the Old Fourth Ward.

Jamestown announced that CONA Services LLC has signed a lease for approximately 49,000 square feet of office space at Ponce City Market.

CBRE represented Jamestown in the transaction, while CONA Services was represented by Savills.

CONA Services was founded in 2016. Formerly located in Midtown, the company will now occupy part of the sixth floor in the historic Old Fourth Ward building, joining other tenants at the property like Airbus, FanDuel and Capital One.

The space at Ponce City Market will initially house about 180 employees, with room for additional growth.

“We are excited the future home of CONA Services will be at Ponce City Market, an office space that aligns with our current and future strategic workplace demands,” CONA Services CEO Brett Findley said in a news release. “Ponce City Market with its extraordinary offering of amenities has become an iconic destination in Atlanta. A perfect match for CONA Services supporting one of the most iconic brands in the world. This is an incredible opportunity to create a new space that honors all that history and puts us on the path for the future.”

CONA Services will have access to a new flexible workspace amenity, with over 8,000 square feet of bookable conference rooms, breakout areas and lounge space. The space is set to open early next year.

Ponce City Market opened its doors in 2014 and has since become a dining, shopping and gathering destination. Ponce City Market recently completed 700,000 square feet of new development, including the hospitality living concept Scout Living, a new residential building called Signal House, and the four story office building 619 Ponce. Global accounting, financial, HR and payroll technology company Sage is slated to move into 619 Ponce early next year.
