Developer KM Homes is moving forward on another portion of its 94-unit Stoney Pointe townhome development in the Greenbriar neighborhood of Southwest Atlanta, according to a handful of applications filed Wednesday and Thursday.

The filings are for about a dozen addresses and lots along Meadowstone Lane, one of the streets just south of the multifamily project’s 3176 Stone Road address, and they call for another batch of three-story townhomes.

Permits for a similar number of three-story residential buildings also along Meadowstone Lane within “Cambridge at Stoney Pointe” and “Manchester at Stoney Pointe” were filed in the fall. KM Homes is also underway on a handful of two-story townhome buildings along Ridgeview Drive, according to permit filings from last year.

According to the developer’s website, prices for three-bedroom, two-and-half-bathroom homes start at about $218,000. A gated community, Stoney Pointe will also include a pool and cabana and is about six miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

KM Homes’ other projects include upcoming developments outside of Atlanta, like Braselton Heights and Village Square.
