Townhomes community spending $3.4 million to develop land for ten additional units.
La France Street Townhomes at 1388 La France Street in the Edgewood neighborhood has filed plans with the City of Atlanta for the second phase of its development.
The townhome community will add ten additional units to its original seven-unit development. The project will cost an estimated $3.4 million.
Located across from the Edgewood-Candler Park MARTA station, the community finished its most recent round of development in 2013.
The new units will feature a wider variety of floor plans as opposed to the initial seven units, which are each 4-bedroom plans starting in the mid 200s, according to the community’s website.

Hi Colin, It looks like your article is referencing the wrong website. The website link you provided goes to a different development that I believe is down the street and already built.
