Italian lingerie brand files plans for first Georgia location.
La Perla, an Italian lingerie clothing retailer, late August summited a building permit application to City of Atlanta for its first Georgia store.
The luxury clothing company will occupy suite B214, a 1,850-square-foot space in the soon-to-open Buckhead Atlanta mixed-use development at Peachtree and East Paces Ferry roads, according to the application.
An estimated $285,000 will be spent on tenant improvements for the new La Perla in Buckhead, including the storefront, flooring, drywall, “elect finishes,” and ADA compliant bathrooms.
Buckhead Atlanta’s developer, San Diego-based OliverMcMillan, announced this month most of its new stores including several other first-to-market retailers and restaurants should begin opening in mid-September.
