A mixed-use project on Pryor Street is making progress.

The project is called The Signature at Pryor. A recent building permit application with the City of Atlanta indicates that the development proposed for southwest Atlanta would consist of townhomes and retail and office space.

Construction documents indicate plans for several residential buildings with a total of 10 townhome units, as well as two retail spaces in the building located along Pryor Street.

The development comes from Lynch Land Holdings LLC.

The site is in Atlanta’s Mechanicsville neighborhood, just south of downtown and east of Rosa L. Burney Park.
