A new mixed-use project is in the works in Little Five Points.

A two-story structure with residential space on top and commercial space on bottom is proposed for 1122 Euclid Avenue NE, according to a building permit application with the City of Atlanta. The scope of work includes demolition of the existing building and ground-up construction of the new one. The estimated cost of construction is $250,000, according to the application.

Inman Park Properties is behind the project. Founded in 1993 by Jeff Notrica, the Savannah-based company specializes in adaptive reuse developments. Atlanta-based Jones Pierce Architects is the architecture firm working on the project.

The site for the proposed structure is near the intersection of Euclid and Colquitt avenues, adjacent to the Bass Lofts Apartments. The property is southeast of the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum.
