Newnan Shopping Center Changes Hands

Aly Investment Properties has acquired the 16,000-square-foot property anchored by Dollar Tree.

A real estate company has added a shopping center in Newnan to its portfolio.

Aly Investment Properties acquired the site at the intersection of Newnan Crossing Boulevard and Lower Fayetteville Road. Tenants at the 16,000-square-foot shopping center include Dollar Tree, Kale Me Crazy, Whealthy and Glam Nails.

“We are pleased to announce the addition of this shopping center to our diverse investment portfolio,” CEO Shiraz Aly said.

Aly added they are “committed to maintaining the property to the highest standards, ensuring optimal benefits for our tenants and their customers.”

Aly Investment Properties is a real estate investment and development company with a focus on shopping centers, gas stations, hotels and private-equity investments.

Shan Aly of Berkshire Hathaway Georgia Properties represented the buyer in the sale of the Newnan shopping center. The property had been listed by SRS Real Estate Partners.

According to LoopNet, the one-story property was constructed in 2023.
