Plans to develop a six-story condo midrise in Kirkwood called Pullman Flats are moving forward.
Proxima Development submitted a series of permit applications this week to the City of Atlanta to build units 201 through 210, and a few on floor three, which include a mix of 400-square-foot studios, 800-square-foot one-bedroom, and 1,200-square-foot two-bedrooms options.
The average construction price tag is $65,000 per unit, according to the filings, and the condos are expected to be listed starting in the $190,00s.
The 60-unit project, at 112 Rogers Street, is part of the larger Pratt-Pullman Yard redevelopment by Atomic Entertainment.
In addition to the condos, Pullman Flats would include 23,000 square feet of ground-level commercial space and would sit near a 350-unit apartment complex as part of the overall Pratt Pullman District.
Amenities include a fitness center, dog-washing station, and a “dual” amenity deck with a rooftop lounge complete with a grilling station, covered patio and bar, and a fourth-floor lounge deck with “dual side” fireplace.
While Pullman Flats is expected to be completed by fall 2021, a timeline for going vertical is unclear.
Charlie Tate with Proxima on Tuesday did not immediately respond to What Now Atlanta’s request for comment.
