Proof of the Pudding, an Atlanta-based catering and events company, is moving forward with plans to relocate its headquarters, at 2033 Monroe Drive NE to Complex, a new West Midtown adaptive reuse project from Third & Urban.

Permits Thursday were filed with City of Atlanta to buildout Proof of the Pudding’s new 31,000-square-foot facility in the Complex development along Chattahoochee Avenue.

An estimated $3,000,000 could be spent in construction costs across two phases, according to the filings. Phase One could ring in at around $750,000 with phase two totaling $2,250,000.

Proof of the Pudding is expected to relocate to Complex by April 2017.

Once complete, Complex, at 1175 Chattahoochee Avenue NW, would include retail, “new commerce,” and office tenants, across 105,000 square feet.

PSG Construction, LTX Solutions, and Complex’s existing tenant, Investa Services, are confirmed for the project.
