A Publix-anchored shopping center in Atlanta has changed hands, according to property records.

An affiliate of InvenTrust Properties Corp. acquired Moores Mill, Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. The site includes a Publix grocery store and approximately 15,000 square feet of retail space.

The retail space was part of Phase II of Moores Mill, which broke ground in 2018.

The 2017 opening of the Publix at Moores Mill was followed by plenty of development activity in the area, including new restaurants and residential projects, according to the news outlet.

InvenTrust Properties Corp. acquired the site for $28 million, property records show. The seller of the property was Edens, a mixed-use commercial real estate developer. Moores Mill is no longer listed on the Edens website in their portfolio.

The InvenTrust Properties Corp. portfolio currently includes nine sites in metro Atlanta, including Buckhead Crossing, Plaza Midtown and Alpharetta’s Windward Commons.
