RangeWater Real Estate will be starting construction on more than a dozen more townhomes as part of its 72 Milton Ave. SE project in Peoplestown, according to permit applications for 14 more units filed between Tuesday and Wednesday.

With this week’s applications, the developer is keeping pace with a January in which it filed for permits for 28 units. In all, plans have called for 110 built-to-rent townhomes at the Milton Avenue property.

RangeWater’s townhome development is part of even bigger multifamily plans for the 12-acre site, which is adjacent to the Southside Trail of the Atlanta BeltLine. The company is also well underway on a six four-story apartment buildings totaling 320 units and more than 250,000 square feet, with the first units expected to deliver by year’s end.

For the townhome component, this week’s filings call for three-story buildings with attached garages, decks, balconies, and porches.

RangeWater was formed in late 2019 when Pollack Shores Real Estate Group and Matrix Residential rebranded under RangeWater Real Estate.
