Red Bull is the latest office tenant slated to open in the Stockyards development.
A permit application this week was filed with City of Atlanta to buildout space for the energy drink company in the West Midtown mixed-use project.
Records show that this upgrade has an estimated construction cost of $300,000. While details of Red Bull’s arrival have been limited, the company is now listed on Stockyards’ website as a 2017 tenant.
Stockyards is located at 976 Brady Avenue. It is an adaptive re-use of historic buildings dating back to the early 1900’s, according to its website. This West Midtown property offers restaurant, retail and office space.
Red Bull has confirmed that this location will be an office only and will not have a retail component.
The company said it is not sure when it will move into the space.
