The Renaissance on Peachtree, a 16-story independent and senior assisted living tower in Buckhead, is getting a refresher, according to Nichelle Bell, of the Macallan Group, the general contractors on the project.

“It’s mainly painting and flooring. There are some electrical components, but it’s primarily cosmetic,” Bell told What Now Atlanta over the phone.

The alteration of the 32-year-old building is interior only.

A permit details baseboard and flooring replacement on the first four floors.

Painting and wallcovering, as well as electrical work installing outlets and fixture replacements, are on all floors, lobby included.

The cost: $425,000.

“We’re hoping to be done by the end of January 2020.”
