Rockefeller Group, a real estate developer, owner and operator, announced the topping out of 1072 West Peachtree, a 60-story, LEED Silver-certified mixed-use tower located in Midtown, Atlanta. The development will feature boutique, Class A office space, luxury residences with a full acre of amenities and city views, and vibrant ground-floor retail space. Upon completion in Spring 2026, the property will stand as the tallest tower built in Atlanta in more than three decades, setting a new benchmark for mixed-use development in the city’s rapidly evolving urban core.

“Topping out 1072 West Peachtree marks a defining moment for both Rockefeller Group and Midtown Atlanta,” said John Petricola, Senior Managing Director of the Southeast Region at Rockefeller Group in a statement. “This development represents the next chapter of mixed-use design in the city, where world-class architecture, and thoughtfully programmed amenities come together to create a one-of-a-kind vertically integrated community. When completed, 1072 West Peachtree will shape how people live, work and connect in Atlanta for years to come.”

1072 West Peachtree will deliver 224,000 square feet of modern office space across eight floors of the building, 357 units of premier residences, and 6,300 square feet of ground-floor retail offerings. In addition to its office and residential components, the building will offer an acre of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a resort-style athletic club with strength and cardio training areas, full-service locker rooms, with wellness focused offerings such as private spa treatment rooms, sauna rooms, frost lockers, and recovery. In addition, it will also include an indoor Pilates studio, a private training studio, and a Pickleball court overlooking Midtown.

Additionally, the property will feature the Sky Garden, Midtown Atlanta’s largest outdoor deck, designed with seating areas for collaboration or relaxation, as well as a flexible-use lawn ideal for gathering, gaming, and hosting events overlooking the city.

Turner Construction is serving as general contractor for the building. The project’s design and interiors are being shaped by Atlanta-based, TVS.

“The topping out of 1072 West Peachtree marks an incredible achievement for everyone involved,” said Kevin Jenkins, Senior Vice President, Turner Construction Company. “The men and women on this project have shown exceptional commitment and craftsmanship throughout this journey. We’re honored to partner with Rockefeller Group on a development that celebrates their vision and stands as a new landmark on Atlanta’s skyline.”

As one of the most significant additions to Midtown’s skyline in recent history, 1072 West Peachtree exemplifies Rockefeller Group’s forward-looking approach to placemaking, creating a dynamic environment that blurs the boundaries between residential, office, and community spaces.

Ideally located in Midtown Atlanta, 1072 West Peachtree provides tenants and residents unrivaled access to over 100 restaurants, bars, and cafes, and is just a 10-minute walk from Piedmont Park, Tech Square, Colony Square, and The Plaza Midtown Shopping District.

The property is also conveniently located within a five-minute walk of both Midtown and Arts Center MARTA stations, with easy access to Interstates 75 and 85. Additionally, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is a 14-minute drive away.
