Serendipity Labs is growing its Atlanta-area footprint with a third location, this time in Vinings.
The coworking company Thursday announced a new outpost at 3225 Cumberland Avenue will open in March 2019.
Joins existing locations in Alpharetta and Buckhead, Serendipity Labs Vinings will add 29,000 square feet bringing a total of more than 81,000 square feet of its office and event space to the metro area.
Vinings is the third of ten total planned in the company’s Atlanta-area network.
“Businesses today need to be agile and resilient, and coworking provides flexibility while reducing commitments to longterm office leases,” John Arenas, chairman and CEO of Serendipity Labs, said in Thursday’s announcement.
“Our growing network of Atlanta locations is part of a national network that can serve as an extension of the corporate workplace. We are a trusted, hospitality-driven, real estate alternative for companies of all sizes and from every industry.”
Owned by franchisees Susan and David Hebert, Serendipity Labs Vinings will feature a first-floor coworking work lounge, Lab Café, and event space.
An interior stairwell connects to the second-floor team rooms, shared offices, and additional work lounges.
Cumberland Mall and SunTrust Park are nearby.
Serendipity Labs is growing through company-owned, franchise and managed locations with 125 locations under development and 30 open or under lease commitment.
