Ellsworth could debut in West Midtown this June.

Stream Realty Partners is moving forward with plans to develop a “creative” loft office project on the Westside.

The Dallas-based real estate firm Monday submitted a building permit application to City of Atlanta to begin converting nearly 75,000-square-feet of space, at 1510 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd NW, into Ellsworth.

“Ellsworth seeks to capture the inspired revitalization of the Ellsworth Industrial corridor and deliver a unique experience to the customers that are on the forefront of innovation,” according to the project’s website.

The loft offices, expected to “debut” in June, would takeover space that housed two furniture stores.
