Fierman Development next month is expected to break ground on The Highline at Grant Park, a 14 unit townhome community, at 575 Eloise Street.

“The one-acre parcel was run down and abandoned,” Todd Fierman, owner of Fierman Development, Thursday told What Now Atlanta in a telephone interview.

“We’re excited to create something that is unique to the area and something to make Grant Park residents proud.”

Set to go vertical in four months, The Highline at Grant Park will offer three floorplans, all with three bedroom and three-and-a-half bath configurations, 2,500 to 2,900 square feet.

Features include rooftop decks, hardwoods throughout, and “high-end” finishes. 12 of the 14 townhomes will be corner units, and pricing starts in the low 700s.

The Highline at Grant Park is situated a few blocks from Grant Park and is south of the forthcoming Glencastle development.
