Pellerin Real Estate is planning an East Atlanta Village (EAV) mixed-use development called The Marbut a stone’s throw from where the firm is looking to open The Southern Feedstore food hall (former home of Graveyard Tavern).

The three-story project would offer retail and residential across 25,600 square feet, according to an official City filing for the development, and would rise on land that more than a century ago housed the Marbut and Minor General Mercantile Store, at 512 Flat Shoals Avenue SE.

Marbut and Minor was co-founded in 1896 by Ebenezer Augustus and Luther Marbut.
