Real estate developer Thompson Thrift has announced the development of its new project, Lineage. The project will be developed in Dacula, Georgia, about 30 miles northeast of Atlanta. The project marks a milestone for the developer, as it is its 100th such development.

According to PRNewswire, the development is named Lineage, and it is a 300-unit community that is expected to open in 2028. The project is a high-amenity, lifestyle-focused community that consists of retail space and premium facilities. Located in Dacula, the neighborhood offers a strong residential and commercial market for Lineage.

Select units will feature private patios, balconies, or yards. The community conveniences include detached garages, high-speed internet access, and an Amazon package hub. The construction and development are underway.

The project has received capital commitments from the Thompson Thrift 2026 Multifamily Development LP. It has also received financing from PNC Bank. The community is expected to begin welcoming its first residents in April 2028.
