Ty Pennington, most known for his hosting gig on ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, is giving Castleberry Hill land the extreme makeover treatement.

Pennington and his team which includes the host’s brother Wynn are planning to develop The Otis Building, at 154 Walker Street SW, according to a press release this week.

Once complete, The Otis Building will offer eight condos, two retail storefronts, and 13 parking spaces.

Ground is expected to break in January 2019, and the property is slated for completion in August of the same year.

It will be new construction.

“There are a lot of rules and zoning ordinances on what kind of structures can be built in the area,” Pennington said in the release.

“This helps guide you to what’s appropriate for the neighborhood and fits the community’s needs.”

Located on Walker Street just steps from the district’s shops, restaurants and acclaimed art galleries, The Otis Building will include loft-style one- and two-bedroom residences with roof access.

Condos will range in price from  $475,000 to $1,000,000+.
