The latest on 465 Memorial Drive.
Earlier this year, Ben Curran – Director of Development at Atlantic Realty Partners (ARP) – filed for a Special Administrative Permit for the Barnett Performance property at 465 Memorial Drive.
Recently filed plans suggest that ARP is moving forward with the project, as Curran has submitted a UDC application to City of Atlanta for construction of a 238 unit multifamily building at the property.
The earlier plans filed indicate that the new development would consist of “several parcels”: 465 Memorial Drive, 470 Woodward Avenue, and 475 Memorial Drive, which is the entire block – all owned by Warren Barnett.
Construction would be greater than 250,000 square feet.
