Rambler Atlanta Officially Opens Doors for Student Renters
The trend of upscale student housing continues as Rambler Atlanta opens its doors to new residents. The student housing tower opened this month after two years of construction, featuring a wide slate of amenities. The second project by Texas developer LV Collective, the tower satisfies the high demand for student housing.
The tower features more than 215 apartments designed to accommodate the growing student population. The 19-story tower in Midtown Atlanta has already sold out its studios and one-bedroom units, reflecting its popularity.
Niles Bolton Associates is the project architect for the housing project, with JE Dunn Construction as the general contractor. The space has been designed by Archie Bolden, the interior designer. The partners for this project include JE Dunn Capital Partners, Kayne Anderson Real Estate, and Pacific Life.
Elevated Living Features
Located at 736 Peachtree Street, Rambler Atlanta offers 215 apartments with a total of 798 beds. These range from studios to six-bedroom units. While the studios and one-bedroom units have already been sold out, the other options are still available.
The property includes 134 parking spaces in a three-level garage. Its access point is mainly from Cypress Street, which also brings students closer to Georgia Tech and shuttle routes. The location of the tower makes life convenient, as students are able to access the best that Midtown Atlanta has to offer.
Amenities for Students
The tower emphasizes upscale amenities, with spaces designed to support both academics and daily student life. The rooftop yoga studio, sauna, zero-edge pool, and fitness center are spaces where they can keep fit. Meanwhile, the lounge seating, hot tub, outdoor terrace, and the ground-floor Daydreamer cafe offer relaxation and a space for connecting with their peers. Finally, the private study rooms and conference rooms bring the perfect environment for focused academic purposes.
With Midtown’s student population on the rise, demand for similar housing projects is expected to continue. Rambler Atlanta will serve students beginning with the 2025–2026 academic year.
