The Office Apartments, a soon-to-open downtown residential project, just might have the most impressive amenity lineup in the history of Atlanta multifamily.
The high-rise, at 250 Piedmont Avenue NE, is a $55 million renovation project of a 20-story office tower into 327 apartments adjoined the Hilton Hotel, expected for a December completion (move-ins begin mid-September.)
