After razing the single-story commercial buildings that housed Bezoria and Noodle in April, Chicago-based CA Ventures this week took the next major step in moving its 903 Peachtree Tower residential highrise forward in Midtown.

The commercial real estate developer submitted a series of permit applications to the City of Atlanta to go vertical on the 33-story project, using the name “903 Peachtree Tower” for the first time.

CA Ventures in March secured a $101 million construction loan for the 427-unit apartment mixed-use, at 903 Peachtree Street.

Key-elements of the forthcoming tower include a 9,600-square-foot restaurant/retail space complete with retractable glass walls that open out onto the corner of Peachtree and 8th Streets.

Totaling 174,400 square feet, 903 Peachtree Tower would offer 23 stories of residential, three floors of amenities at the top of the building and a “mechanical penthouse,” according to the official City filings.

Its parking deck will span seven floors.

Solomon Cordwell Buenz is the project’s architect.

An opening timeline has not yet been announced but the project has been in the works since at least 2018 when it was presented to the Midtown Design Review Committee.
